Greg Frost
Faculty
Greg Frost began originating mortgages in 1972 in the Savings & Loan industry. In just 5 years he became the youngest S&L President/CEO in the history of Federal Home Loan Bank Board. During his tenure, the S&L was ranked as the 5th most profitable, in it's asset category, in the U.S.
In 1985 Greg entered Mortgage Banking as a producing Branch Manager at Foster Mortgage. He quickly rose to Top Producer there and at every subsequent company for whom he worked, including BancPlus, CTX, American Home and First Magnus.
In 1999 Mortgage Originator Magazine acknowledged Greg as the mortgage industry's 1st Billion Dollar Originator. What made that distinction most significant was the small size of his Albuquerque, NM market, as well as his relatively small loan balances. Year after year Greg was one of the Top Originators in the industry with loan amounts that averaged less than $110,000!
Greg joined PRMI as a JV Division Partner in 2008. By early 2009, Frost Mortgage Banking Group ranked as PRMI's #1Division.
