|  | Presently we have an immediate opening for a Managing Editor  for our Marketing   Center. As a member of  the Content team, you will be responsible for managing our marketing center  materials, including the creation, review, and improvement of all product  lines. 
 Specific Duties:
 
Continually  sharpens knowledge of the mortgage industry, our customer, and our competitionShare  that knowledge weekly (Team meeting; BiWeekly Meeting & Status Report)Proactively  provide ideas for improvement of contentContent  curation – continually analyzing if existing content is still relevantQA  sites for issues and work with dev or CMS spec to fix. Participates in monthly  meetings with Dev and other Center heads to prioritize projects needing  attentionProvide  editorial direction to SME’s and writersCreates  content as needed, and also serves as an additional editor and proofer when  needed.Analyzes  our content campaign and researches best campaign building practices for making  an impression.Creates  and maintains editorial schedule for regular review of all content material for  relevancy and timeliness Serves  as Managing Editor of an online monthly consumer-oriented magazine with a  circulation near 1 millionReviews  external or contracted content sources for appropriateness - works with  external vendors and content producersEnsures  that our marketing content is always fresh, timely, relevant, engaging,  compelling and compliant – and suits the changing needs of our clients, large  and small Requirements: 
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's  degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.Applicant should have content  management experience and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal skills are  required to work and interface with coworkers, management, and subject matter  experts. High level of organization and time  management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the  ability to set and meet deadlines are required.This position requires a creative,  resourceful, technology savvy individual who is willing to take the initiative  needed to ensure that our marketing center materials remain the best in our  industry. We are looking for Sales Consultants who can sell prospective  members and renew existing members through selling and conducting of live  demonstrations of our online learning platform via the phone and internet. The  greatest part is that the existing members already use and know the products  and the new sales opportunities have responded to a trial offer so they are  already interested. All you need to do  is focus on selling, with NO cold calling! Only professionals with a strong  desire to engage in phone/internet sales should apply.
