Paul Zoukis is CEO of Mortgage Success Source LLC the leading provider of marketing content and information services focused on driving the sale of financial products. He began his professional career as a lawyer but soon transitioned into the business world, spending 10 years as an executive with GE Information Services, a $1B global teleprocessing service, driving business development, marketing and application development. Thereafter he held various executive positions in financial services heading both Hogan Systems, the leading provider of large scale banking software prior to its acquisition by CSC and Oracles’ worldwide financial services group. In addition Paul has served as CEO of Versatility, Inc., a publically traded CRM company prior to its acquisition by Oracle and numerous venture backed start ups in a wide range of markets including bioinformatics, biosensors and digital rights management. Over the last 7 years he has been actively involved with other UCG portfolio businesses serving as CEO of ATX, a tax software and publishing company and as an adviser to DecisionHealth.

Paul earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Maryland Law School. Additionally, he holds Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Government from the University of Virginia. His passions are his family, golf and the beach.

Ryan Stillwell

Ryan Stillwell, Chief Operating Officer, plays a pivotal role in the organization managing the company's day-to-day operations. Ryan's outstanding leadership abilities and excellent communication skills, combined with his market knowledge make him an invaluable asset to not only our team, but to Mortgage Success Source subscribers as well.

Ryan graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Management and Labor Relations. After graduating, Ryan was hired as a Credit Manager for Norwest Financial and continued to work with Norwest through their merger with Wells Fargo, where he served as a Branch Manager. After several years Ryan returned to the residential lending arena and worked as a successful loan originator prior to joining Mortgage Success Source.

Mike Sepesi

Mike Sepesi joined MSS in May 2007 as CFO. He is responsible for the financial, accounting, human resource and administrative areas of MSS. In his role, Mike works very closely with the other teams at MSS and it's parent company, United Communications Group (UCG).

Mike holds a BA in Business Administration from Gettysburg College. He started his career as a CPA with Deloitte Touche. Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, he joined Bond Investors Guaranty in NYC as Vice President and Comptroller, which was subsequently sold to MBIA. Enjoying that experience he found another NYC-based emerging company in Loan Pricing Corporation where he spent 14 years becoming its COO/CFO and helped to facilitate it's sale to Reuters. He then managed his own consulting practice while seeking out another exciting entrepreneurial opportunity, but this time in NJ, where he found MSS.

Bill Bodnar

Bill Bodnar has been with Mortgage Market Guide^SM since its inception in 2001. Aside from overseeing the day-to-day business at the MSS headquarters in New Jersey, Bill also leads Mortgage Success Source's corporate and business development. He is also instrumental in creating new Strategic partnerships which provide additional resources and benefits to the MSS membership.

Having been a student of the financial markets for 20 years, Bill brings a broad knowledge of financial literacy and technical analysis skills to the MSS operation. With these skills, he partakes in content creation for MMG's Daily and Weekly publications. Additionally, he conducts live and webinar training events for corporate clients. You also hear Bill's voice from time to time on MMG's Instant Mortgage Re-price alerts.

Todd K. Ballenger

Todd Ballenger serves as President, Sales Solutions of Mortgage Success Source. He has 23 years’ experience in the financial services industry as a licensed securities, insurance, real estate, and mortgage lending professional. Todd founded three companies; Capital Savings Co, Inc., Advantage Capital Mortgage, USA, and PlanMax Financial. These three companies closed more than $2 billion dollars in residential and commercial loans before being rolled into a NASDAQ IPO in 1999.

Todd is considered an industry pioneer in the area of capital market and credit market convergence, and has published courses on lending and equity management currently approved for Realtors, Appraisers, Builders and Lenders in over 42 states. Todd is a two-time Inc. 500 winner, a three time KPMG Fast 50 winner, and the 1998 NC Mortgage Lender of the year. Todd was awarded the 2003 '40 Under 40' award by the Triangle Business Journal in NC as one of the top 40 young leaders. Todd has a business degree from the University of North Carolina. He is the author of Borrow Smart Retire Rich.

Torry Burdick

Her keen sense of strategic marketing, planning and tactical implementation have won her national recognition.

Prior to joining LoanToolbox, Torry held various positions at specialty information providers including Phillips Business Information, ElementK, Infocom Group, MediaLive, and Lebhar-Friedman ranging from publishing management, sales and marketing management, database marketing, new product development, and editorial. Burdick holds a B.A. in advertising from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI.

Mark Teteris

Mark Teteris leads the strategic direction, planning and business development for Mortgage Success Source's banking initiatives. Working closely with senior executives at national, mid-market regional and community banks, he helps them increase their revenue and productivity growth through successful implementation of Mortgage Success Source solutions.

An industry veteran with more than twenty years of experience, Mark has led two mortgage banking firms as COO and CEO, has served the industry as President and Legislative Chair of the Minnesota Mortgage Association, and served on the customer advisory boards for several top national lenders. He graduated from the Dunwoody College of Technology, studied at the American Banking Institute, and completed his mini-MBA at the University of St. Thomas.
